Red adzuki beans are one of the 10 best legumes to eat. They are high in antioxidant, increase mass muscle, have high concentration in dietary fibres which aids in regulating cholesterol levels and help prevent diabetes too. Such amazing ingredient can turn into a beautiful guilt free dessert. Made from Rice and Tapioca flour, it has a Pandan layer at the top too. Definitely Vegan and Gluten Free.
